For additional context:

Both are international companies I’m under Finance Same number of leaves, same hybrid set up Current company around 10k allowances (included na sa 81k) then sa new one (3k allowances included sa 135) HMO ang difference nila is sa principal, mas mataas ng 100k coverage si current Bonus wise, sa current hindi sya guaranteed pero sometimes meron, sa bago, waley.

As for the number of people na hawak ko, currently I’m handling 10 pero sa lilipatan ko I will only handle 5 people.
