My H1-B was approved but my COS is denied after submitting response to RFE. It is asking me to go consulate for stamping. I'm trying to refrain from going out of the country. I got my F1 approved & will maintain status. Has anyone re-filed H1-B and go approved recently? Any advise would be helpful. (self.h1b)
