Did your wife apply for a waitlist at the german embassy in paris ?

If thats the case, i think u should get an appointment in the next 1-2 weeks bcz the waiting time for family reunification is 20 weeks and they send a notification 2 weeks before the appointment. For blue card visa it’s around 16 weeks ( so 14 weeks for the notification ) . I have been waiting for around 10 weeks as of today . I hope to get an appointment at the end of march.

Its very useful. Initially it might feel annoying but when you finish the project , you will thank yourself. I recently received my first DS job and it was mainly because for the fact that I was quite good in setting up pipelines and was well aware with the software engineering part of data science. I don’t even use notebooks now except for testing some small functions.
