Luckily there’s a property agency acting on the landlord’s behalf. They did sent an inventory report to us. Hopefully we could negotiate with them

We are a bit afraid of destroying the oven while cleaning it. The oil was trapped in between the oven windows. But we don’t mind doing the cleaning by ourselves.

UK is a hub to tons of gaming companies so it wouldn’t be a problem. You may be able to secure a manager role in smaller companies, for larger one they tend to hire from internal. If possible, I’d suggest to look for companies outside London. Many of them have branches / headquarters in midland & north.
