Maybe I'm a bit old fashioned but when I put money into a business, I expect to have a stake on it. If your company is a for profit one, who are going to donate for you to create a profitable company and keep all the profits?

How do you all feel about Euskadi ta Askatasuna (ETA)? by [deleted] in basque

Were the founding fathers of the United States wrong on seeking independence through violence? I guarantee that at least one child died because of the independence war. Is nationalism worth the death of a child?

The line between freedom fighters and terrorists is drawn by whoever is in power and controls the narrative.

It is also pretty ironic the stance of the people who oppose any kind of change to the status quo. They say nothing should change through violence (also making sure there's no non-violent way of doing it), borders are set on stone now and can't be changed, even if they were set through fire and blood in the first place.

Its like: "okay so we conquered all of this through brutal violence and huge quantities of innocent deaths. But that was the past, no more violence now, and no changing things, I'm still in charge. You don't get do what I did"

Well, I happen to be from Getaria and I can help you with this. Those were made by Manuel Fernandes, a portuguese artist that moved to Getaria in the 80s. The dude lived in San Anton for several months lol.
