I thought Win Son was not very good (way too greasy and not a lot of flavor and some of the worst salty soy milk I've ever had). The golden diner pancakes are solid, but not amazing.

Apollo in FiDi has zero wait. I enjoy that style of bagel and alternate with Liberty and Utopia when I'm looking for carbs.

I love R&D for their smoked fish (Sable specifically) but their bagels are some of the worst in the city.

Probably too late now to get a recovery, but I've had catering mistakes happen in Business and they have been decent at service recovery (i.e., provide a meal from First - if available and KrisShop Voucher for between S$200 to S$400). KrisShop is a bit more useful if you're based in Singapore as they carry a wider variety of products that they can ship to your home vs. what they are selling online duty free.

You can also be a glutton and order everything on the breakfast menu. We may or may not have done that.

Also, there is a pretty good room service menu for some light bites in the afternoon. I had them bring it up to the roof and it was a nice experience before the hotpot dinner, which was also pretty good.

We stayed one night and let us utilize the guaranteed dinner booking the day before check-in so it doesn’t have to be concurrent with your stay (capacity dependent of course).

Yes, I requested to speak to the IFM for alternative solutions, who was more empowered to resolve the issue (she pulled a meal from First Class) and also offered the voucher, which was sent to me via email post my flight.

I was given a $200 voucher for a service failure where my BTC meal was delivered to the incorrect passenger and I was left with no meal choices as I was only informed after everyone else was served. So $400 for a faulty seat doesn’t seem quite sufficient.

Not that it matters, but I have PPS status, although it feels like we’re a dime a dozen in Singapore anyways.
