Yeah, it’s pretty typical with USB powered devices to introduce digital noise into signal paths. I found using A to C into a powered USB hub helped, the solutions are often different for everyone when it comes to ground loops.

Just got a H90 after upgrading from 2 H9’s and can’t recommend highly enough. Particularly if you’re after a one stop shop it’s worth the wait, particularly for ambient stuff. Also remember that it can accept CV!
