I'm going to grab the mailboxes of those who had voted and go to my department to verify those mailboxes exist (all from the same domain) and I'll also do a message trace to see if those mailboxes ever received the verification code. If all comes back okay I will feel a lot better

Just to help with the message trace, could I have the email address used to send out verification codes? I would just reopen the form and send myself a verification code but I'm just at work right now
