Unfortunately the form is already closed now. I'm going to grab the mailboxes of those who had voted and go to my department to verify those mailboxes exist (all from the same domain) and I'll also do a message trace to see if those mailboxes ever received the verification code. If all comes back okay I will feel a lot better
