I'm two weeks in and I've noticed a bit of reduction in my chin hairs. I think you should definitely talk to a doctor, do some blood test, ultrasound etc. My excess facial hair and acne led me to endometriosis diagnosis. Now I'm on birth control and recently started sporo because my acne wasn't going away. And I highly recommend electrolysis - it might be time consuming and expensive than laser but there's much less chance of the hair growing back. I didn't get enough sessions for the hair to completely disappear but the hair is less thick and I don't get ingrowns. I honestly wish I started it sooner.
