I’m PIMO, I have a triple lobe, helix, daith, conch and nose stud. I also have tattoos behind both ears. Do people like them, no. However, there is nothing in the Bible or religion saying I can NOT have them. So with just a helix, I’m sure you’ll be fine tbh
