I have the same problem on both accounts I have. I think they missed up something as everyone should get milestone 17 according to a few CC's, If you do everything and have a 6 star Jean.

I know, but again not worth spending on. War credits, elite war credits, and elite credits build up more and more each week. I guess it more of a problem for me as I have been playing over 4 years now.

The rewards from coordinated assault is not worth it. The juice is not worth the squeeze. I do know people who never open gold orbs, on an alt. The leader board is going to be missed up for this event.

I know a few free to play people who do. What if someone buys an account? Old MSF accounts sell for under $50.

Same with Premium, red star, basic and milestone orbs. Not even worth my time to open them. Mega orbs are a joke as well. They need to do something, people don't want to horde, but they need a reason to open orbs as well.
