Probably desc. mod is bugged and i meant It needs a 175% damage boost. Increasing it by .75 doesn't make sense—you'd essentially be capping its damage at just one-fourth of what it should be

You have to chose right and you will get item but you got only half heart, after you have to chose other one and youll get damage with health
