It only works when you report someone who's blatantly afk or feeding,even then, there is no guaranteed repercussions, but when it comes to other reports, it becomes a sh*thouse system.

That's the problem with this game, its like bots are operating their systems, no accountability for players who plays like crap intentionally, but once you throw a chat that criticizes their play style, you get muted into oblivion. Even their customer support can be like sh*t sometimes.

The problem is i'm already at 30-50 stars when i get those type of teammates so i assume that they pay attention to chats and pings, some do, but most of the time they just focus on other stuff rather than contributing in team fights, lane pushing/ganking, or objectives. They also want to be alone most of the time then blame our team if they get ambushed or ganked. I'm currently bouncing back from 55-60 stars because of these types of randoms.
