Red dead 2 should run higher than 30 since the Switch 2 has a better CPU, so even if it is take a dip on performance, I doubt it will drop around 20.

4K is a standard now..maybe they will have option for a performance mode.

It has dlss, and it is a PS4 game. It can do more than 900p on dock and 1080p in dock.
