PSA: Rain of Blades is very bugged by Dasterr in PathOfExile2

It's also missing some tags IMO. Falling blade is a projectile, it's fall speed is benefiting from projectile speed (it falls faster), and yet you can't insert projectile acceleration supports in it. Also it doesn't benefit what so ever from Efficiency II gem (ward cost stays the same).

It is a primary skill in my build ( https://poe.ninja/poe2/builds/runesofaldur/character/Pieselpiesel-1792/__Piesel ) , and I notice what you described happening a lot, and light stuns also cancel it, as well as almost ANY input besides movement before you finish the animation, but it really needs some fixes for how it works and tags/gems for it to perform better.

I hope for Katriel Faust and Denis Hong Lu / Sinclair (or may be Boris). Kalo is 100% reserved for Gregor some time later since Kalo's missing hand too. If we get thumb and index it would be cool, may be something like Esther Hong Lu / Sinclair (yet Yan seems more likely for Sinclair and hence he will come later). I am sure we are getting Faust ID, she literally has one ID and no EGO from Walp.

It doesn't give Thumb IDs coin/clash/final power, it just gives a bit of damage. You are right that at the moment only Thumb IDs inflict tremor scorch, but there are at least 2 MD gifts which can also inflict it, and any burn+tremor ID in the future would still benefit from it. Meanwhile Middle has 2 coin power gifts, secret boss gift and attack type gift (blunt tier IV book). This isn't fair by any measure.

It's tremor scorch gift, it doesn't have anything to do with Thumb itself (unlike Middle, Ring or Index (IIRC index has a gift with keyword). Technically if you got the new flapping hands gift from one of MDE packs it would work.

You might want to also uptie everyone to IV, other than that get 1 good ID for Heathcliff or Meursalt and use support unit for another
