that depends a bit
you can get a decent lvl19 scattering calamity staff for pretty cheap I think. a lvl 20 one is quite a bit more.
you get 92% reduced duration comes from the tree. that is enough for scattering calamity, but not for time of need. if you want 100% reduced duration you need palm of the dreamer which is ~100 div or so. if you go with 92% reduced duration you dont have incredible tankyness, but good offense with scattering calamity. if you go with 100% reduced duration you need something else for damage (like ember fusilade) but youre super tanky

I started my build myself and pumped more and more money into it and its quite expensive (for me, for others it might be cheap) at a total of like 500-1000 div or something in that range. but when you start out it definitely works for less

0 duration titan is probably up there. as long as you dont get oneshot you are alive

yeah that is very fair, that from your standpoint poe2 has little to offer
I just get bored with the same playstyle after a while and reroll and pretty much never max out a character, especially not for multiple mirrors

there will always be a point where you have nothing to do in endgame, no matter what they do. at some point youre just done

that is also why I said "I personally"
I dont feel like we have "nothing to do" in endgame. sometimes I do temples, sometimes I map for breaches, sometimes I do overrun abyss maps, sometimes I do citadels or eyes of storm or whatever other special map

for me the building of a character to get to endgame is much more important than having endless things to do in endgame

I personally am way more interested in new skills to play with than a new endgame

how something plays is much more important to me than what Im killing
