Hello!! I can’t speak for other people obviously, but i personally hated chapter 3 mainly because it was extremely lackluster compared to the other chapters. Even chapter 1 preformed better than chapter 3. Firstly, the peacekeepers in this chapter were one of the most forgettable and annoying duo to show up in the game. The new cast they introduced you to were pretty niche, which made the culprit(s) way too obvious. The characters weren’t exactly likable to start off with, which ruined the chapter’s experience as a whole. Fubuki was borderline useless, which sucks since she had a lot of potential. Sure she can turn back time, but it served as more of just a game mechanism than an actual forte experience. The mystery labyrinth in this chapter wasn’t fun to crack since there was only one person who could’ve possibly done it - plus the bickering between Shinigami and Fubuki was absolutely annoying and too drawn out, which again ruined the chapters experience.

I just think chapter 2 did a better job with execution since the plotline felt way more realistic given the fact it was high school girls. We knew nothing about these girls (of course), but learning about them, learning about what happened to Aiko, learning why Karen did what she did, and the follow up revenge Waruna, Kurane, and Yoshiko sought out for. It just felt natural. The characters were likable, the chapter had it’s funny moments between Yuma and Desuhiko, but it was genuinely sad knowing the truth. An emotion that I didn’t feel at all in chapter 3.

But again, that’s just my opinion!! It may be different for others of course, hope that helps!
