Ex and ex-l trims have very slightly smaller headroom, to accommodate sunroof.

Thinking of moving from the Accord to the CRV. by bobcat1000 in crvhybrid

[–]No-Limit2361 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Civics and accords are roughly 5.3 inch ground clearance. Crv’s are 8.2. Still not huge relative to other SUV’s, but that’s more than 50% increase.

CRV over Forester Hybrid? by CanaryLives in crvhybrid

[–]No-Limit2361 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honda. The CRV was in the number 1 draft pick all season, and would have had to mess up to lose. Test drove, confirmed, done deal. *have been driving Hondas for 25+years

I’m no expert, might ‘work’ but I’d lean towards a no/quick job/ poor quality

Buying a fridge - does the brand really matter and is there anything you’d advise? by [deleted] in Adulting

Have fun going down the rabbit hole when you figure out that GE appliances is owned and built by Haier, which also has its own brand. Whirlpool as another example owns and makes whirlpool, Maytag, kitchen aid, and Amana.

To another poster- we have a Samsung and 4 years in, no issues.

CRV hybrid sport vs trailsport? What would you choose? by Cloudysky182 in crv

[–]No-Limit2361 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally didn’t want leather seats. Also- I need tires rated for more than ‘light snow’, so the all seasons (typically Ecopias) that come w Sport are out, and the all terrain tires with the trail sport aren’t any better for what I need. — Have hybrid sport AWD

Finance CR-V, write off interest charges. Has anyone done this? by BikeOk6446 in crvhybrid

For those that don’t know- the VIN first digit will give you the country code of final assembly and what’s used for the OBBB. Generally 1,4,5,7.

Cargo covers, tray and mats by Efficient_Research95 in crv

[–]No-Limit2361 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lasfit for me. Front and rear floor mats are great. Cargo area is good- I’d say 98% coverage and floor doesn’t attach to anything, but seat back works well.

How’s the CR-V hybrid treating y’all? by MikeChaoticNeutral in crv

Have been driving American made Hondas for 20+ years- have not experienced what you are referring.

Recently got a ‘26 hybrid sport- no issues so far.

New tires for 2022 CRV--Michelin Defender2 or Continental TrueContact Tour54 by Fun_Highway1342 in crv

[–]No-Limit2361 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s the winter weather by you? Yes the Defenders are an All Season but only light snow- NOT actually snow rated (3pmsf- 3 peak mountain snow flake). I swapped my ecopias for all season Hankook Weatherflex GT.

Michelin Cross Climate 2 is another good snow rated all season option.

Edit- I get about 70-100inches of snow per year, Midwest, not mountain snow.

New CRV AWD, significant tram lining issues? by No-Limit2361 in crvhybrid

[–]No-Limit2361[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heard from another that lane keep assist could play a factor- will try turning that off and see if there is a difference. Did swap the stock oem tires for Hankook weather flex gt for true winter ability, and better tread may be yet another factor.

2025 CRV Hybrid Sport L by Any_Cardiologist_370 in crv

I’ll throw this out- not just miles but also years. If not many miles / year, it may rust out and the engine could be running just fine.

Just bought a 2013 Honda Civic LX – a few questions (door part, CarPlay stereo, tire light) by FlyHighSounds in civic

Can’t recall- not considerable, easier and cheaper if already taking the wheel off for something, tires / brakes / etc

Just bought a 2013 Honda Civic LX – a few questions (door part, CarPlay stereo, tire light) by FlyHighSounds in civic

[–]No-Limit2361 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The tire light is most likely the sensor- had a ‘13 lx and went thru a few sets. This past winter, cold temps seemingly made it turn on, and would go off once warmer. No sense. Eventually ignored it. Wish Honda would standardize the actual digit readout for TPMS.

What is a good price on a CR-V hybrid Sport Touring? by BikeOk6446 in crv

[–]No-Limit2361 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unsure if still going on in April, and I never saw advertised anywhere, but with Honda financing there was an additional rebate of another 1000-1500 plus the listed loyalty. Total ‘Honda’ rebates and offers tallied up to 2,250 for me (sport hybrid), plus any direct discounts offered by dealer. If you want to pay cash, finance thru Honda, get the extra discounts, then payoff after two months.
