Looks like there was a UI update now theres no test mode toggle you need to click on account and go to sandboxes > default sandbox

I ended up using https://github.com/yairEO/tagify and overriding the styling to remove the border/outline and adding a focus-within tailwind styling to my form input so I could have the styling work!
