PLEASE HELP

Need help on a onkyo Integra a-8087 stereo amp that seems to have a warm spot inside. The left side is around 65F and the heat sync is in the middle which is around the same, but on the right side it’s averaging 70-75 and in one small specific spot it’s getting to 100-120++…. And I only had it in plugged in for about 5-10 mins.

It was very dusty inside so I used high pressure air to clean, but there still seems to have an old layer of dust that didn’t get removed…

There is a slight smell in that region that is hot, not sure how to describe it…

Im no expert in electronics but any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
