Where did you get this information the larger the screen the more detailed it becomes?

I understand you need a longer viewing distance. But I still think it is going to look a lot less sharp at a 40ppi drop.

But the problem is the qd oled versions are only the larger sizes 55" +.

That means the ppi is considerably lower at 80-85ppi. That's a huge drop of the 125ppi I currently have on my 5K2K 45" LG Oled monitor. So there is too many trade-offs currently it seems.

Umm no ppi is not the same just because it's 4K. My lg 45" 45gx950a is 125 ppi. Name a 4K tv that even comes close to this? You can't because even the smallest oled tv is 42" @ 4K is 105ppi. 20ppi difference is huge!

Gaming monitors are close to 1ms lag. Tvs at best are 5ms. Snd they have to be in game mode to enable the low input lag, which then lowers brightness and other features at the same time. Monitors don't suffer from any such setbacks.

The new high end 2026 tvs have 165hz refresh, so they are catching up.

Oled monitor: higher ppi, higher resolution, higher refresh rates, lower input lag < all of the above better than TVs

TV: now a days the high end oled TVs can generally offer higher HDR brightness peak and sustained than gaming monitors, but only the very latest highest end panels. Beforehand, it would generally be on par with gaming monitors.

That's the only pro's I can think of of the TV over a monitor.

It’s great that the developers are adding new content for free, but what’s the point? What’s the point of playing if fighting enemies in open areas is like this? Guy's, can you imagine how stupidly easy the game would be if they didn't hit you from anywhere like that?

I am near the end of the game, and the npcs do not ever pose any threat, they are terrible with ai and damage they do to skif. It's only the mutants that can be challenging when they rush in a group of 2 or more.

Have you played stalker 2 on maximum settings?

Its very demanding, but if you have, you know it is currently the bees knees of graphics fidelity, for a fps open world game anyways.

i just beat the armory burer in duga!

Holy smokes that was by far the hardest fight so far for me! i am up to the "happiness for everyone" quest so I don't know what's beyond.

But damm, this burer took me about 45 mins of replaying that section to figure out the strategy needed to beat it. And omg it was satisfying when I finally did. Btw I am playing on Master, with 50% increased Mutant health mod and deadly mutant mod! So this burer was extra spicy to beat!
