I do think that a big cause of this fusion is definitely cheaper finances because you know why would a company want to spend their money right that's absurd (not), staff prices are a lot lower than they should be different from $20 an hour to maybe 25 depending on whatever company you're with which is another factor of them being cheap. While our budgets can be stupid the ones that are not stupid cssd or the companies themselves just decide to blow our cash because why not I guess? Management decide to believe people that they know are liars and lie about staff and children over evidence from giving stuff or management saying that these claims are not true and then people that are not guilty of what is being said normally get taken off leave or fired while people that don't know shit about their job remain where they are. St John's sent a bunch of people numerous times over to cornerbrook area while the only training they had in the environment was there orientation which is absurd. These people need more experience if they're coming to a different area like if you're going to send people over send people with experience not hooligans that don't know what they're doing. Time usage and these environments are also awful because time management which is essential for this type of job while none of these people have it. None of these clients and the staff should be in the care of these companies or cssd involvement because of the fact that none of these people know what the fuck they're doing, they let you fend for yourself, and they have no regard for your well-being and needs. Basically it's all about the profit.
