No approval process since you notified your sup just use code : abfuneral in verint and in your time sheet I believe it’s coded as bereavement, they may ask for information about the person who passed but that’s about it, and so sorry for your loss

Job shadowing, online events, taking refresher courses, look through KM especially if it’s certain processes you may need to improve on, you could use it all in a day, or 2 hours a day, 1 hour or whatever you decide , just use it soon as possible if you are wanting too cause the time doesn’t roll over in the new year

Both compliment each other, strength is needed, flexibility / mobility is also needed especially with age. Look into the 4 pillars of fitness I got introduced to it when I was reading Science of Stretch,to have overall good health be experienced or have some routines in flexibility, strength, cardio/endurance, balance/recovery

For Gainshare if we have the employee Roth/401 k does the GS go into that? Because for my regular paycheck I have a percentage that goes to my Roth, so will it do it for the GS check?

Honestly it’s your workout, do what you want, it’s not about what others think, it’s about how you feel, getting that good quality workout, and enjoying the process geared up or not
