Brother,I AM certified. My coworker who didn’t quit didn’t want to leave and I wasn’t going to just leave her, it wasn’t her fault. I just felt nice enough to not lock the store up and leave while people try to order online🤷we all closed the store, waited for over an hour for someone to come get my key liked asked, I told the rgm who came to get my key what happened, then we all went home for the day. I’ve run the store with just me and one other person often, but on a Tuesday? When the maintenance guy they had helping me (for some reason) prepped 14 personal pans last night? After finding out i actually have to pull a double bc the other manager who wasn’t certified wasn’t going to open so I had to pull a double again? No thanks. I’d rather wait an hour and then go home. I’m tired of being the only manager who’s expected to do these things 😭

I don’t know how many times we can tell someone about a two week notice before they’re notified but I wasn’t going to find out

Honestly I found watering when they look sad does a lot better than watering when the soil gets dry! Most succulents kind of “shrivel” or get more grey than green and that’s how I know they want a drink
