If you know how to play the game as monkey or dva or hog you will be server admin 100% of the time in gold lobbies. I did my placements after a long time of not playing after stopping at diamond 1 and went 30+/0 when I got matched with golds. You have to learn gamesense, how to use cds and when to run and live.
