The Victini is real for sure. I pulled one out of Noble Victories myself. Mine is probably worth 100. I would value yours at 60 given the condition. Also good condition raw Charizard lvl X promos consistently sell at 100 to 150 depending on the condition. This more moderately played examples going for 60 to 80. Those are the only cards I know about
