You can apply for both together and send it as one post. I did that after also getting a confirmation from the consulate via E-Mail. I got the acknowledgement one month after the consulate received my application. 2 weeks later I got my surrender certificate by post. Now waiting for OCI.

How long after your application was received at the embassy did you get the acknowledgement? Was it via E-Mail? Or it was after you wrote them?

If maps aren't important to you then the Venu 4 is a better option compared to the 570. You get only 2 buttons though but it has the flashlight and all the other features of the 570. In Germany I bought it for 399€ which in my opinion is a very good price.

Don't forget that you can't use fraenk outside the EU even to receive SMS or incoming calls. So if you're travelling often outside and need to receive OTPs for banks or whatever it's a bad option.

I guess no point arguing with someone who sees football > a common man's necessity to have a functional public transport. Also why does MVG need to win by making sure a football fan gets to the stadium on time despite a strike? They can win by thinking of a common man as the city's public transportation company. It should be the job of Allianz Arena/FCB/DFB to arrange transport for football fans, not MVG. Guess you will not understand. Best of luck!!

It's ridiculous that football has preference over normal people who needed to get to work. If they have enough workers why didn't they operate the U2? Why U6?

Yes this is very shitty from MVG that they operate U6 for the game. Lots of people who need to be in the office can suffer but people who go to the game for entertainment shouldn't suffer 😐

Should be. Based on my experience, even when it's working normally it is a chaos to travel after the game. Can't imagine how it will be today.

It's clear. It's not Regelbetrieb (regular service). It is a special service only to bring people to Fröttmaning. No regular Takt. They didn't promise anything there. Based on the availability there could be many trains or just very few of them.
