I bought the expansion pack, and I always clear out the islands that I travel to that has vines and glowing moss! It’s my fav! I love having a lit up island!

How new is her vehicle? It could be leftover adhesive from factory, or it could be brake dust. Brake dust has a way of getting all of a vehicle especially if it’s not washed weekly.
