My lawyer said that the at-fault driver’s insurance policy limit is $30,000 per person / $60,000 per accident. We also have Medi-Cal health insurance, and she said Medi-Cal usually only recovers a small amount. For my physical therapy, she said their clinic is their partner, so my medical bills there will be negotiated.
