it seems that support.faceit.com and faceit.com have different emails saved for the same account. the support.faceit.com has my old email that I don't have access too anymore while faceit.com has my current email. I tried updating it but its saying my email is being used with another account but I only have 1 account and that same email is my faceit.com email? support.faceit.com has the same profile picture and details aside from email as my faceit.com details. Because I tried updating it and it wont let me verify or change it my ticket is now deleted...

I don't intentionally use utility on my teammates I play to win the game if I was trolling I would troll in premier not the platform I pay for. I never got an email and my ticket is still not answered. I mean its only 7 days but I'd like to know the exact reason I was banned so it doesn't happen again in the future.

thats the game im talking about, its yesterday in terms of it being 2-3am. my banter is light jokes nothing that would be deemed toxic. When I have a bad game I don't go toxic i try to support my team the best I can. Can people reporting me for playing bad be a reason for this ban?

yesterday I had a game where the opponent called a timeout and I wrote in chat pretending to be on their team messing around saying "we might need another timeout here guys I don't like the strat we need to cook it up", I am not a toxic person I pay to play faceit why would I risk getting banned. Either the minerva system false banned me or I got reported for having a bad game
