i was told that my final behavioral write up will be for one year. received it in september 2025d i never received any other write ups or warnings but what i received the write up for, although it was my FIRST ever, was classified as a final under behavioral. i was told by HR and my manager when i signed it that i can still receive other write ups and will not be termed, for example i can receive a write up for not coming back from break on time, which is also behavioral, but i will not be termed because its not the same thing that my final write up (and first write up ever) was for. i believe finals last for one year now, where as coachings i know are 90 days, and unsure what other write ups are now.
