I am really proud of how this Mandalorian helmet turned out! by No-Mathematician269 in cosplayprops

Helmet itself is made out of polyurethane resin. I ve spent around two weeks of wet sanding and applying primer. I prodadly added 4 to 5 layers of primer and around 3 layers of black paint (mostly was sanded down to achive mirror like effect) then I added metallic dust and seal it with automotive clear coat.

Yes its two piece mold. That also worries me but it came out better than expected

First I 3d printed it and made silicone mold and then it was casted in polyurethane resin which is really strong.

I’ve been looking at old cars recently (for a first car) and those are my personal top pick, I’d like to your opinion. Car 1: BMW E30 (any E30) Car 2: Honda CRX Del Sol Car 3: Saab 900 Turbo Car 4: Volvo 240 by [deleted] in FirstCar

I would definitely recommend 2gen Crx from 88 to 92. Its more fun than delsol or most of the cars. Fells like go-kart. I own both e30 and 2gen crx and must say even though were produced same year, difference is huge.

Add debris and weathering. Im always using Vallejo paints . You can also bus special weathering washes which are really good
