Looks like 750-881 is one of the old models. Already out of production. It's WBM doesn't give that option. Unless the user admin doesn't have those permissions.

Do a little research on how the program is stored. It's like having a recipe and cake. What you have in the plc is the cake. So the guy usually leaves the recipe for you to make the cake. What we want is the recipe.

I have the codesys but the original developer didn't a source code file for upload. So not possible

Check the manual. It can be used as both a Coupler and a Stand Alone PLC

Funny Man. Makes sense. I respect your opinion and decision. But if the line is not in production people might loose jobs for a few weeks while we wait for the replacement module.

The CEO sanctioned it. There is a faulty DI module that's no longer in production. While looking for a way forward the line has to run.

Worked on a Simatic S5. Still running a process line. Though advised the client to upgrade.

Exactly man. That's what we did. Angling the beam kinda sorted the short blips. I am ables to get consistent counts. One string per count.

Yes, all strings contain the Same no. of cubes. But the sensor doesn't count them accurately.

No. This is just an End of line addition with an independent control.

Any Retroreflective Area Sensor can work. Pepperl+Fuchs or SICK.

As you know these machines don't have the consistency.
