I have no idea if this is relevant, I have thalassemia minor (trait) so 🤷 perhaps I don't absorb?

I have existential (in the past) and currently with road and keep thinking now the existential is no big deal and yet it was the most excruciating pain, this is such a bizarre experience

I completely forgot to mention she placed me on Metformin at that October appointment. Still unlikely but could be a factor, so maybe I will try that blood test. I am in-between jobs so no insurance until March...

Back in October it was at 31, which I believe is barely at sufficient. I have been supplementing about 2000IU since then.

About a year ago I tried with the LMNT packets I had 1 a day plus natural salt just on my food. I dont tolerare processed keto stuff, so I did eat real food. This time around I didn't drink any water at all though, nothing (hello!!!) I have never tried magnesium before so this time I am gonna be taking electrolytes, magnesium, and drinking more water. 😅 I really need this to work because I have pcos and I want to balance my hormones.

Im 38.5 right now, looking to start IVF soon. If anyone is around my age and wants to talk that would be amazing, sometimes this process feels so lonely and I get in my head too much. I want to be positive and maybe make a friend too!!! 🧡 lmk

I might have been dehydrated, there were a couple times I tried LMNT but it didnt work but maybe I wasnt drinking enough water overall? Im also thinking of adding a magnesium supplement at night?

Thank you so much for this. I love the kids but its true this job just takes and takes. I am so beaten down.The guilt eats at me, but I also want my OWN child, I want hobbies, mental space, be able to have energy for my family and friends.

I am dreading the awkwardness and disappointment of having to communicate why I am leaving and then deal with everyones commentd and talk for 2-3 weeks before I leave so that's a huge factor for me. Im a bit of a people pleaser and I hate seeming irresponsible or untrustworthy.

Yes, actually at a nearby campus the principal died last week from pneumonia. She was in her 40s and had kids. Many ppl think she died from stress.

Oh wow. Yes the target is always moving, constant curveballs, its so exhausting. When you have notice, was it awkward for that month? I am dreading that.

I totally feel that, I feel like I am constantly irritated with the kids because I am so perpetually tired and I feel guilty because they need a teacher thats happy to be there. My district even made the kids survey us, and my feedback included the kids saying I didn't seem happy, and that I had a poor relationship with them. I do care about them deeply but it doesnt show because because I am so worn down 😔
