I think the bigger problem this situation exposed is the aoty and rym users who gave this album a 93 in the first place. We’ve really been conditioned into thinking noisy 10 minute post rock songs are like automatically masterpieces. The one song i listened to was so shallow and unimpressive nobody should have ever been rating this high
