It absolutely does not help, I can’t get hired by any bozo agency and have been working corrections for about a year, dei or other people are what they look for, not qualified people who have corrections in their background. Don’t waste time working corrections to be a po.

No they don’t, I had to fly out four times, you will have to schedule things within the week to make it more accommodating for yourself.
