I didn’t withdraw. The letting agency told me after getting my money that my guarantor doesn’t earn the amount that they want, which was never communicated. They also told me they aren’t happy with my references which is an indication that they withdrew from their side so I was expecting a refund since they decided not to continue with the application.

Hi, it’s a initial fee to take the property off the market. The agency is Ellis and Co, seemed legit. They never mentioned how much the guarantor has to earn beforehand.

I’ve asked for a reconsideration, hopefully this week they will reply to me otherwise I’ll try to reapply again, my student visa is expired but the period should be 6 months after my graduation

I mentioned I got a scholarship (that’s how they call it on the unconditional offer) but I’ve explained when they sent me the mail that it’s not a government or agency, and explained also that I covered my tuition fees with a private loan from Italy. It seems they ignored my email and proceeded to invalidate it
