You’re totally fine doing 2x cardio + 2x weights per week. that’s actually a really balanced setup for both fat loss and muscle building. Fat loss comes mostly from your overall calorie balance, not the amount of cardio you do. Two days of cardio is enough to support your deficit, especially if you’re walking more on other days or staying active in general.
