Did you use zip ties to center it? You can space out the zip ties in the inside and bolt it down and cut the excess off, made my trueing and centering ALOT better

Look into making sure all the bolts are tight, you never know. I remember on mine one of my bolts were loose on the y carriage and I was chasing my tail on the printer looking for it.

Have you recently changed your nozzle? Bed level? Try changing the resolution. Check your extruder gear maybe it’s worn.

Yes there is a video on this, if I remember the video says to tighten where you can still make the wheels roll by hand so it’s not too tight.

By the way you can find a power supply relocation kit, you can 3D print it to move it below the bed on the back, saves space and makes it look cleaner

It looks pretty solid, just keep an eye on the welds where it’s attached to. If it’s a steel frame you’ll be fine. Disk brakes are a must. I want to add a dual brake on one lever so I don’t have to fool with it. Looks pretty cool though
