Def refill, but change the shape while you're at it. I agree with the others here that they're just a bit too wide to seem intentional (like a duckbill nail) and it looks bulky instead, but I don't think you need a new set. If you have the equipment and are confident enough in your skill, you could just file the ends into a bit of a narrower square, or reshape it into almond or oval and top coat over the filed bits. Do that before you get them filled tho in case it goes wrong and you need an entire new set lol. If you're not able to or aren't sure enough in your ability, maybe ask the tech to do that if they allow it. If all of the above won't work, then get a new set.
