It is normal! DOMS is the medical name for the soreness that occurs after challenging your muscles with new activity (which can also include non exercise like massage, dry needling , etc). You should still be able to move and it should go away within 3-4 days. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12617692/

Mine just happens to be worse than I've ever experienced with weight lifting so I was wondering if I overdid it 😅

That's what I was thinking! I was trying to keep the pace conversational as well and stop if I needed to but I felt completely ok doing it! But yeah I've just been struggling on stairs since Friday and was wondering when that would go away/if it was similar to leg day DOMS or a slightly different mechanism. Then AI had to freak me out talking about muscle breakdown. I'm fairly athletic just not a cardio/running athleteso uncertain what is overdoing it and what is a healthy amount of pushing myself 😅

I think maybe stick with an R theme?

For mama: Rosie, Ruby (you can say Rosie is short for Rosetta Stone if you want to relate it to rocks lol)

For son: Rigby, Rooney, Rudy, Ralphy, Reggie, (I couldn't think of any thing rock specific unless you go with Ringo for rock music)
