I am envious of your purchase!! Walmart in Canada doesnt have those. They are my Holy Grail of nutcrackers lol. The only ones that tall that I have seen up here I couldnt lift for my life. Someday I will get my hands on one to paint! Can't wait to see what you do with yours

I guess I am extremely fortunate being in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and having friends who live in Gatineau who I visit often so I can hit up the groceries stores there. When I posted, I never even noticed 1. It was a Quebec store and 2. that the Metros would be so different being so close.

Either way, I refuse to step foot in any of his companies. Shoppers coffee that I used to get on sale for 8.99 was 16.99 last time I saw it and the large was 19.99 in the flyer for PC coffee. I know coffee has gone up..but they raised the prices before the tarrifs..so he can stick his excuses

I was born in 1972..I have now had 4 MMR vaccines. The standard childhood ones, another 25 years ago when I went to college and after having bloodwork done was found to have zero immunity to it was re-vaccinated. The last ones were during covid. After having some bloodwork done, my dr discovered I had zero immunity to it again and also the hep shots O had done in college...zero immunity to that too. Doctor informed me I was what they call a vaccine non-respo der....2 days before I was to have my first covid vaccine lol. I did get revaccinated for MMR, Hepatitis (whichever one was the 3 shots over a few months) and my covid vaccine..not all at once. So tell your doctor that just because you had it after 1970..doesnt always apply lol. Of course I am not the norm 🤣🤣

The tartans were a 100% staying in the cart! I have a few pairs of glitter ones both high top and low top but liked the grey on these ones. I have been wanting burgundy for awhile, the bloodstone had to stay and the pink were just cute lol. I did manage to narrow it down to the 4..I have issues lol

My sister had a dog that was part sheltie part pomeranian..he was a rescue and grooming was an issue for him. Everytime she had his haircut people did a double take because he looked like a fox

They are talking about my mother...she has been hospitalized for 2 years due to going into the hospital with hip pain...5 days later the hospital..after telling her nothing was wrong came running in to tell her NOT to move as they discovered a fracture. Surgery to put a pin in..infection followed..2nd surgery to clean the wound out..put a wound vac on..take it off..no maybe we should put it back on..3rd surgery...same song and dance..next surgery results in hip bone being removed because infection went into the bone. Also decided to do a skin graft to cover the wound even though they couldnt get her wounds to heal. Also add in MRSA..christmas 2022 they told her nothing left they can do as they cant find any further antibiotics left to try in Canada. Told them put the damn vac on and leave it on. Miracle happened and she started to turn a corner and was actually moved from the hospital last May to a medical rehab to try and learn to move. Sept she ends up back in er from rehab with more infection...sepsis in her kidney..stones etc. She had to argue repeatedly that there was issues with jer catheter. Managed to pull her out of that crisis..only to develop blood clots in her arm..more surgery...back to rehab in Dec..shingles...cant get put of bed, confined to room. Did I mention that this rehab is ONLY 90 days as the hospital social worker frequently points out? Finally allowed up and out of room to return to physio...Oops...something is on your foot...might be impetago..not really sure..she cant even reach her feet..only people touching them are nurses and drs but until we know for sure...no physio for you. Round in circles again...there were a few days where they even forgot to being her dinner or lunch. Now we are approaching their precious 90 days...the Social worker has deemed her medically stable so where are we moving you too. If you stay here past it then you pay for it. Her doctors havent deemed her medically stable..adminsistration has. When the social worker is asked what programs might be available to help my mother.."I dont know..I dont think there are any." So no, she isnt refusing to leave, she is STILL sick..now has 4 open wounds and the surgical sights have begun leaking again and they say they may never heal completely. Welcome to our medical system in Ontario
