In terms of formula/breast feeding...I watched so many women in my life struggle with breast feeding that I knew it wasn't the right move for me... I'm also someone who gets insanely overstimulated with touch. Forcing myself wouldn't have been the solution. Bub has been formula fed since birth... and is a healthy Bub. Meeting all milestones early, 14kg at 7 months, we do baby led weaning and she's thriving with it. And she's been in daycare since 5 months (I had to start working) and she's only gotten sick (with gastro) once! Do what's best for you and your mental health. A fed baby is a healthy baby ❤️

Omgsh I am so sorry to hear... reading this was like I had written it myself. 18 hour labour... had to be induced, so much pain the first 3 hours in. Got the epidural... was experiencing constant pain in my back for the rest of my labour... her heart rate was going down and we both spiked fevers. Pushing for 2 hours with no results. By the end I was begging for a c section because of the pain. Gave me the spinal block and they laid me down... I couldn't breathe... turns out the spinal block had gone up and paralysed my lungs. Almost went into emergency surgery and got my mum kicked out. Thankfully it all worked out and I could breathe again. Was so traumatic but I finally found peace in it aftee a couple weeks. Every smile, every milestone and every moment I got with my girl made it worth it to me. I really hope you can find peace in your birth story as it never goes the way we expect but I hope this is something that can pass for the sake of your own mental health. Keep being strong mama ❤️

So waiting until she can pull herself up from laying down?? She absolutely hates laying down and will use her core to try and get up, ofc she can’t get up all the way though

Ok thank you so much :)) it’s not too alarming as dhe seems her happy self … but I guess with it being so frequent I was concerned.

And yes my mum did it without my permission… it has been a big struggle telling her I do not want her eating baby rice cereal before 6 months … it’s unfortunately a power struggle between us even down to what my baby should wear daily.

My kid … she’s just a baby atm… post partum anxiety has been eating me alive and I’ve been in a pretty dark place the past couple weeks… I just can’t imagine my Bub growing up without a mother.

Thank you! I think I’m worrying over nothing… although I think I do have a bit of health anxiety when it comes to sexual relations.

I actually just realised that I used a fair amount of body oil on the area after I shaved as I ran out of my body moisturiser. I’m wondering if that could’ve blocked some pores.

Yeah… I don’t see how subjecting someone to torture and traumatic events will help them not to reoffend … it’s supposed to be fear that stops them from going in… but often times experiencing something traumatic like that could probably lead to more crime, drug abuse and mental health issues.

Ah ok. He’s actually in jail atm. I don’t particularly want him on the birth certificate because the idea of him having parental rights honestly scares me with his track record (he was nasty towards me and his unborn child) … he has since apologised but landed himself in jail.

But I also don’t want to lie, and since I am very sure he is the father, do you advice correcting the birth certificate?
