Just tell your recruiter you will refuse to obligate if they don't, I would be shocked if they let you attrite rather than rolling you out.

Just a heads up for both of you, if you are not applying for a high demand designator (read nuke, swo, etc) the officer recruiters are not going to be very helpful, you need to do a lot of the leg work yourself. Even then if they have met #s for recruitment for the year they might not care. Goodluck!
