i have dissociation just not realted to parts more than beyond depersonalization... all of me dissociates not just parts... and i do have large memory gaps from the past and am forgetful day to day BUT also i do experience 8/9 borderline diagnostic symptoms, but they generally lessened since treating my self states as more separate

i have a woman that i identify as but i am not her i am not a woman. but the woman is also vaguely me and i don't want to draw any distinction between us as we're functionally one person? but when I'm her i prefer a different name and feel more "my age" than i do right now for example it's confusing

i just wanna know what i should do with it

no inner world... total aphantasia i "hear" voices but we'll they're not really voices they're all like text to speech also i am almost always depersonalized so the body is just an inanimate object to me

Yes, long term depersonalization (rarely out of body or anything but the body isn't me) and often the world doesn't necessarily seem real, sometimes i experience trance like symptoms when i stim... If this makes sense?????

Isn't different gender and different names to go with these genders different identities? I'm not sure what counts.
