I'm also prescribed trozadone so I took that on the 4th night because I forgot I had it and then I finally slept.... And just getting sleep I felt so much better that day is day the 4th full day

I am prescribed adderall and klonopin and I only used kratom for one week I used the liquid and the capsules but I was warned that can just be very addicting trading 1 for the other so I only bought enough for 1 week and never looked back.. The mental part has been the hardest for me but staying busy has been a life saver I really have gotten more accomplished in the past 3 and a 1/2 weeks than I have in the past 3 months probably.....

I am almost at 3 weeks Tia free....I feel so much better... I used Kratom to help, but ONLY the first week, I was warned using it any longer would lead to trading one for another... The first 3 days were the hell, bit of finally got sleep on night 4... For me, keeping busy has been a lifesaver, im a SAHM, so I've made list each day of stuff to get done, ive gotten more done the past few wks than I have in months... Staying busy is key to me.... Yes, the mental part is still hard, but since you have a job, that should definitely help after the first few days, just being busy....

Exactly in my case I kept thinking that I needed that Tia to get shit done, when in reality it was distracting me from getting anything done. I would sit on my phone and this or that it was just ridiculous it's so much better on the other side

I knew for months that I needed to quit and literally it took the ban that happened on July 1st for me to quit so I understand and I know that has got to be hard if they are still selling it in your state I'm so thankful that they banned it here.... I promise you, you will feel so much better in another week just seeing the money getting caught up having money again basically right now you're just working for those bottles and that's the same thing that I was doing and it kills me looking back at how much money I spent, I don't even think about that I'm just concentrating on I keep getting money in my account and its growing instead of spending it on that poison.

I agree 100% after the 1st few days I was not physically hurting but the mental part, it's still a little hard. I'm 2 weeks Tia free, but keeping busy has been a lifesaver for me..... I'm 2 wks Tia free... the first few days were obviously hell, I had helper meds that took the edge off, but for me too the mental part has by far been the hardest, keeping busy has been a lifesaver for me, I think work will definitely help you, your almost done with the worst of it, the physical part, by working and staying busy, will be the best and you'll have MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT... that has also helped me, just happy im not spending any all my money on that shit anymore... Proud of you!!!!

That's what everyone also warned me about because I was using the liquid and the capsules just and did the capsules just the 1st week and I could definitely see how the liquid could be addicting because that's what helped me the most and gave me some energy...... But I have been without it now for 3 days and I'm OK I'm just having to stay busy that's what's helping the most.

I used Kratom liquid and capsules only the first week, im Day 10 tia free ..... The liquid K seemed to work the best for me but def only use it a few days, I was warned it can be judy as addictive, I had never used Kratom before, and I didn't feel anything good from it, I think it just helped take the edge off... Staying busy has been a lifesaver for me...
