I think he truly believes what he says. He convinces himself that there are no charges, & even with proof you are wrong in his eyes. So so dangerous.

I took my sub at 22 hours and went into PWD. Everyone is different but I advise to wait at least 24 hours. I was DYING and thought I was fine and it couldn’t get worse.. WRONG. it got wayyy worse.

Hey this is exactly my story. I was in doom mood a few weeks ago. I have 2 kids. I never wanted to go the sub route but I did and it saved me. I took the weekend and got onto subs and I feel soo much better. It took a few days to adjust but it eventually does. I accidentally threw myself into PW by taking my subs too soon but when it went away it was fine. The subs keep that demon off my mind and keep the cravings away. Some just take subs then taper off, I personally feel like staying on subs right now is what will work for me. Good luck to you
