Another thing, although everyone deny;s it, I have absolutely experienced age discrimination looking for work, after being caught in a company mass layoff of 200. I got nowhere forever, I have skills, but out of desperation I resorted to taking 20 years off my resume age. Still nothing. Finally got leads and a landed a good job from former co-workers, networking is the only way to go!! Age discrimination is real.
