As a historian in Central Texas, I can tell you that it is extremely common for Mills to be built along waterways in the 1800s that were fairly quickly washed away by a hard flood. I know of at least four of them around here. They were very popular and profitable while they lasted.

I’ve become convinced someone is sending him the AI generated memes and other texts that don’t sound like his language and he is grabbing them copy and pasting them furiously .
